As a registered user, when requiring a HIP, all you will have to do is log in to our website with your unique username and password, fill in some customer details and send an electronic request for a HIP. Within Within five-to-ten working days you will be sent an email alert to notify you that the HIP is ready. You will then be able to download the pack from our website.
